We offer a wide variety of orthodontic treatments that can straighten your teeth quickly so you can get on with your life and enjoy your beautiful new smile. Super-Charge your Orthodontic Treatment
We offer many types of orthodontics treatment that work fast, but AcceleDent, an FDA-approved hands-free device can speed up orthodontic treatment when used daily. A customized mouthpiece fits comfortably over your orthodontics, and small vibrations (micro pulses) enhance the movement of your braces.
Using AcceleDent can decrease the length of your treatment and even increase the comfort of your orthodontics. AcceleDent can be used with nearly all orthodontic treatment options including braces and Invisalign.
We understand that you may wonder if AcceleDent actually does what it claims to do. That is why Dr. Yazji Orthodontics is pleased to offer our patients a 60-day no risk trial. Use the device at home for 60 days, and if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for full credit.
The PROPEL System is another recent advance in accelerated orthodontics that helps make your treatment as efficient as possible. The system works by stimulating the bone around your teeth to help move teeth into their ideal position more quickly.
PROPEL can be completed right here in our office and doesn’t require any invasive surgical procedures, meaning very little discomfort and no down time for recovery. You will be able to immediately return to your normal daily routine.
Every patient’s needs vary, but using PROPEL, orthodontic treatment can often be completed in less than a year. PROPEL is appropriate for use with either traditional braces or Invisalign. You will finish your treatment with exceptional results in less time and fewer visits to our office for treatment.
Wilckodontics Accelerated Orthodontics
Wilckodontics, also referred to as Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics (AOO), is a completely unique approach to orthodontic treatment and is perfect for patients who would like to complete their treatment in a shorter time than can be expected with other types of braces.
How Do Wilckodontics Express Lane Braces Work?
Wilkodontics is a surgical procedure performed under local anesthesia. During the procedure, a small portion of the dense bone tissue that holds your teeth in place is removed. This causes the bone to soften for a short period of time. Since the bone is softened, the teeth can move into their ideal position in a much shorter amount of time.
How Long will Wilckodontics Treatment Take?
Treatment with Wilckodontics still uses traditional braces to move the teeth; however, most cases can be completed in about 3 to 8 months, compared to 18 to 24 months for conventional orthodontic treatment. This unique approach combines orthodontics with oral surgery techniques to achieve a faster result.
Who Can Use Wilckodontics Orthodontics?
Wilckodontics are perfect for adults who would like a straighter smile but don’t want to spend years in braces. This accelerated orthodontic system is also an excellent option for many younger patients because it allows them to finish their treatment faster than traditional braces. Dr. Yazji will evaluate your needs and determine if Wilckodontics or one of our many other treatment options is right for you.
